Bijal Shah

CEO & Board Director, Guild

Bijal Shah is the CEO and Board Director of Guild, a Public Benefit Corporation that unlocks opportunity for America's workforce through education, upskilling, and career mobility.

Under her leadership, Guild has achieved profitability while maintaining its position as a market leader, expanding career pathways for more than 10 million workers through partnerships with employers including Disney, Chipotle, Walgreens, JPMorgan Chase, and Ford.
